5:00pm-8:00pm: This is our time to meet and mingle. This is your time to ask any last minute questions, or express your comments or concerns about the clinic. You will also receive your riverbooty bag filled with cool stuff from our amazing sponsors! Afterwards we can sip, socialize, and get ready for a good nights sleep.
8:00am-9:00am- Morning coffee and mingle at Whitewater Express & purchase last minute gear.
9:00am-10:00am- Quick warm-up
10:00am-3:00pm Safety meeting, Gear talk, Stroke technique, Turns, Eddy outs and Ferry crossings. By the end of the day, we’ll help you understand river dynamics and reading water so you can navigate it with confidence. (Lunch/Snacks included)
3:00pm-5:00pm– The Eddy Out Free paddle where you can work on whatever you like while getting feedback from Natali and Brittany. Wrap-up with a TP Therapy Recovery session and recap the days teachings followed by a quick chat on what to expect for the next day’s clinic.

9:00am-10:00am- Warm up & quick recap of yesterday.
10:00am-3:00pm This is where we put your learned skills to the test. Covering everything from ferries across whitewater, eddy hopping, footwork through rapids, bracing, and surfing waves on the fly. (This is the time Brittany will educate you on fin set ups and gear for surfing) Lunch/Snacks Included.
3:00pm-5:00pm- The Eddy Out This is where we chat gear, do our TP Therapy recovery, and cover anything else you want to know about SUP’ing or Surfing on the river. Wrap-up, say goodbyes, and exchange information with each other to continue to build our amazing river community!

Our clinics are not for the beginner paddler. We require you to be confident on a stand up paddle board on flatwater with a general understanding of paddling basics.
